UK Returns
Please read the full policy:

Contact us via email cutisorganics@gmail.com before shipping back your items to us. Ensure to quote your order number, full name and address when doing so.

Once a return request has been authorised you will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving the item back, provided that the item returned is in its original and unused condition and with all original packaging not being opened or tampered with. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a condition to resell, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct costs necessary to cover any loss from the refund amount.  

Once we have received the return, we will issue a refund according to what has been authorised.

All returns or refunds are subject to management approval and at the discretion of management. 

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances to customers who have ordered on dates when giveaways have been running and in turn have benefited from entry into giveaways. Entry into giveaways for customers is automated and by not requesting to be removed from the giveaway entry and prize-draw, consent is implicitly given by customers to these terms. 

No refunds will be provided under any circumstances once the statutory 14 day notification of intent to return period has passed. This begins from the day of delivery and ends 14 days thereafter. 

Return postage costs are to be covered by the customer. 

Any postal costs incurred by QS Beauty are to be deducted from any authorised refunds (amount to be specified by QS Beauty). 

Orders made on sale dates (which include any discount on the original price of the item OR include a special offer of ANY type) are NON-REFUNDABLE. 

Concerns relating to: damaged/defective items must be raised within 24 hours of receipt of the order/parcel. Once this period has elapsed QS Beauty will not provide any assistance regarding such issues. 

 

Cancellations
If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not already been processed (to be determined by QS Beauty), we will cancel your order and process a refund. In cases where the order has already been processed, you will need to return the goods to us once you receive them so that we may process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance and the original postage and packaging costs incurred by us will also be deducted. 

 

Lost or Damaged in Transit
We cannot accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit. We strongly advise that a proof of postage certificate (free at your post office) be obtained when returning any item.

 

International Customers/Orders outside of the United Kingdom

By placing an order from QS Beauty to be shipped outside of the UK, the following terms are understood to have been accepted by the customer:

This is a disclaimer that you have been made aware of the risk involved with international shipping and if any loss or damage were to occur, QS Beauty will not be covering any costs or providing refunds.

Please note we will not be liable for any customs/imports charges or additional fees involved.

After being made aware of the risks you still wish to proceed with the order.

Once payment has been made in full and we have received the funds, it may take up to 4 weeks to process and ship your order. It can take a further couple of weeks for delivery depending on the courier service.

All tracking information will be provided and we hope to have your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
